Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the service.
By accessing or using the service you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the service. 2. SERVICES PROPOSED
3dprintingservice 3D printing provides online 3D printing quote for makers, artists, and consumers, but most of all for product designers and developers. We cover the popular 3D printing materials ranging from general propose resin to metals. With our optimized supply chain and cost control, we can provide professional 3D printing service in affordable price. But the objects do not have any utilitarian or functional purpose. 3dprintingservice 3D Printing reserves the right to refuse any order of objects causing an offense to public order or good practices, as well as any object clearly infringing a third party intellectual right. Moreover, we have a team with over 10 year’s prototyping and manufacturing experience. Our service does not stop upon delivery of the models. We can help our customers to develop your product and even bring it to mass production.
3. ACCOUNTS
When you create an account with us, you need to provide us information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our service.
You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
4. ORDER
The ordering process is as follows: you upload or select the model you want to replicate via 3dprintingservice 3D printing; You choose the material, color, surface and size of the model.You select the countries to which the model must be delivered;You select the payment method and execute the payment and confirm the order.Before you pay, if you find that an error has occurred and you want to correct it, you are likely to go back to the payment process.
You must ensure that the information you submit in your order is accurate and complete before paying it, because afterwards, it is impossible to bring any modification because the production starts immediately.
You should not return products without having received an explicit request from 3dprintingservice 3D Printing to do so.
3dprintingservice 3D Printing may, at any time during the quotation and the ordering and the manufacturing process, revoke and/or cancel any quotation/order, if there are technical reasons to do so. In such case, 3dprintingservice will reimburse you all your payments.
When 3dprintingservice 3D Printing, the object sales contract is concluded. Since it is a customized service, once we start printing, if it is not for technical reasons, then the order cannot be cancelled. 3dprintingservice 3D Printing reserves the right to reject the order and reimburse the customer.
Data recorded and kept by 3dprintingservice 3D Printing constitutes proof of all transactions carried out between 3dprintingservice 3D Printing and its customers. 3dprintingservice 3D Printing remains the sole owner of the products until their entire payment, transport and taxes included.
5. DELIVERY OF THE OBJECTS
The average time required to produce the model is about 5 working days. This is a preliminary indication, but does not bind 3dprintingservice 3D Printing in any way. The actual delivery time is determined by a number of circumstances, for example (but not included to) working conditions applicable at the time the agreement is concluded, on the punctual delivery of the materials ordered by Lava for the execution of the order.
Should your payment details be incorrect, the delivery will be postponed until the correct information is received from you.
3dprintingservice 3D Printing uses its discretion in selecting a reputable carrier and appropriate means of delivery. All risks during transport are borne by 3dprintingservice.
6. CUSTOMS CLEARANCE
Customers will need to take a few additional steps to prepare your shipment for the customs clearance process. Customs, the government service responsible for administering international trade laws, inspects and regulates every shipment to make sure the contents comply with the importing country or territory’s regulations.
However, each country or market have its own import duty rates and customs value calculation methods.
3dprintingservice will be responsible for China custom duty for exporting, but customers need to be responsible for import customs duty in their own country.
7. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of China, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the service.
8. CHANGES
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the service.
9. PRIVACY POLICY
3dprintingservice.cc is committed to protecting any and all personal and corporate information you provide to us in our business relationship, whether through this website or through any other channel. All the information collected by Lava.tech will only be used to process orders, fulfill orders, provide customer service, as well as our own sales and marketing efforts. Without consent, the information collected will not be made available to a third party.
